When the pleasurable gauge fills up, you will ejaculate and your physical strength will decrease.
Reduced physical fitness can be recovered by doing an etch with a partner or acquiring items.

There are 25 types of enemy characters that appear, and 40 types of animation that does etch (not including facial expression difference).
