――あれから1年。冬休みのある日、一本の章の元に電話が入った。
雪からだった。遊びに来るとの電話で、雪・和子・順平の3人が章の家にやって来ることになった。
3人を駅まで迎えに行く前日、父親の単身赴任先のところへ母親が急遽行くことになり、自宅には章1人。そして当日、駅まで3人を迎えにきた章は、懐かしさとうれしさで一杯だった。合流した章達は、自宅に誰もいないことを話し、他の3人は好き勝手できると喜んでいたが…。
自宅に戻るとお隣の女子大生・奈緒子が留守を預かっていた。
