Don't know if it's an error made by Shinichi (if he repacked the whole archive), but I don't think so. Most likely it's an error made by the dev himself so long story short: you need to extract this game with the "Japanese Encoding", otherwise it will give you an error about a bgm missing. Just do this:
- Open the archive of course
- Option > Name Encoding > 932 Japanese > Extract
